Returns and Refund policy.

Our Policy is dictated by the South African Consumers act No.68 of 2008.

1.The following Policy applies to cases where goods are received by you (the customer):

Are broken/damaged upon receiving your delivery.
Are defective and/or do not function as intended.
​
2.Requirements for refund eligibility:
​​
You will have a period of 20 business days to request a refund/replacement or other.
You will be required to return, to Plant It Nursery, any defective goods in the same condition and original packaging (where applicable) at your cost, whether by courier or other methods.
In the unfortunate event that an item is received in a broken state you will be required to send us photos of the broken item as soon as you receive the item. You can email the photos to: plant.it.bonsai@gmail.com

3.You have the right to request a refund, store credit or replacement:

If, the cases outlined in section 1 apply.
If, you have contacted us regarding a possible Refund (or other) within the 20 day period outlined in section 2.
If, you have performed the required steps outlined in section 2.

4.Possible costs to you for processing a refund or other.
​​
Any shipping fees are non-refundable.
A processing fee of 15% of total order will be applied for any refunds unless store credit is requested, this is due to the fees Plant It Nursery incurs to process the Refund.
Should you require a replacement due to breakage/damage or products not functioning as intended as outlined in section 1, we will courier your replacement to the original delivery address at our expense.

5.Sale items

Unfortunately any sale items are non-refundable.

6.Item returns:
​​
Any Items that need to be returned to, Plant It Nursery can be delivered to, 82a, 5th road, Chartwell, Johannesburg, South Africa, 2191.

We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
We will notify you once your return has been received, please allow some time for us to process and inspect the return. You will be notified after the processing period of the eligibility of your refund or other.

7. Plants and Trees:
​
The delivery of Plants and Trees is covered to an extent by the above policy, however there can be many factors involved. Should you receive a Plant or Tree from us that you are not satisfied with or there is a problem with the Plant or Tree upon receiving it in regards to section 1, please do not hesitate to contact us. Send pictures to our email address, shown in section 2, with a description of the problem and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

Unfortunately it is unavoidable that some items might be damaged or are defective as mentioned in section 1, but customer satisfaction is our priority please do not hesitate to contact us so we can resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.
