The single most vital tool for any Bonsai artist is their scissors. Bonsai scissors are used in almost all aspects of Bonsai maintenance and creation. From trimming, pruning to root cutting bonsai scissors are designed to stay sharp and provide a clean cut without damaging the tree. These scissors are affordable and unlike regular scissors have thicker blades for handling abuse and difficult cuts. The handles are ergonomic and make successive cuts comfortable. When cutting large branches it is better to use a branch cutter however.
