  • How do I track my order?
    Upon fulfillment of your order by Plant It Nursery you will receive a unique tracking number via email. Please use this number to track your order.
  • Which courier service does Plant It Nursery use?
    We use The Courier Guy only.
  • Where can you deliver to?
    Plant It Nursery is able to deliver items throughout South Africa via a courier service. At this time we do not accept International orders.
  • How do you package plants for delivery?
    We take great care to ensure that all of our orders are packaged properly. We put extra work into packaging your trees because their safety and your satisfaction is our number one priority. Steps to ensure shipping success: - Watering: Your trees are properly watered and moistened to ensure that they have enough water whilst out for delivery. - Packaging: We wrap the pot with plastic wrap and tape to retain moisture and mitigate the loss of any decorative gravel, your tree is then secured into a cardboard box to prevent any shifting during transport additionally your tree will be surrounded by packaging peanuts which insulate the tree and absorb vibrations and impacts.
  • The item/s I ordered arrived broken, what must I do?
    Unfortunately as inconvenient as it is there is always a possibility that an item/s will arrive broken, if that is the case please contact us immediately and send us photos of the broken item/s in their original packaging. We offer a no-expense to you replacement or a refund if replacement is not an option. Please see our Refund and Returns policy for more information.
  • Is there an option to collect my order?
    Yes! Whilst we mostly operate as an online store for now you can contact us should you wish to collect your order. This will need to be scheduled post order.
  • Do you have a retail store?
    At this point in time Plant It Nursery (Pty) Ltd operates as an eCommerce store only, however collections of orders can be arranged.
  • Is it Possible to view plants or products before placing an order?
    Yes! We try our best to regularly update our product photos however it is not possible to do daily updates and pictures at this current time. However, If you would like to view a Bonsai, Plant or product/s before placing an order with us we can schedule a visit to our nursery or send you pictures and videos of the product/s.
  • I have some questions regarding some products or an order, how do I get in contact with Plant it Nursery?
    We have many channels of communication to make it as easy as possible on our customers to contact us. For immediate queries, requesting photos or videos of products, or if you just want to talk about plants with someone you can use our website's built-in chat system. This system is linked directly to our WhatsApp accounts and is usually the quickest way to get a response. Phone calls, we have a direct contact number on our website. Feel free to call us and ask us any questions regarding products, orders or favorite ice-cream flavors. Emails and special requests, on our website home page we have a contact form should you wish to email us any requests or questions. Emails are usually not the quickest form of communication but we will respond as soon as possible.
  • What payment service provider does Plant It Nursery use?
    We use Yoco to process all payments for orders.
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    Through our Payment service provider Yoco, we acccept Visa and Master card payments as well as EFTs.
  • Is it safe for me to use my card details to make payments?
    Yes.Yoco's card machines and online payment portals are 100% safe - for both customers and merchants. All Transactions are securely encrypted, and no card or personal details are stored. Yoco uses 3D verification to secure payments. For more information please read through Yoco's policies.
  • How do I place an order with Plant It Nursery?
    We try and make the ordering and checkout process fast and easy for your convenience, please see the below steps on how to place your order and checkout: 1 - Find the product you wish to purchase. 2 - You can choose to add the product to your cart or select "buy now" to instantly be directed to the shipping page. 3 - If you have chosen to add a product to your cart you will see a pop up of your cart open and display the product you just added as well as any previously added products. 4 - You can then select the view cart option on the cart pop up window, which will take you to the cart page. On the cart page you will see the product/s that have been added to your cart as well as a summary or the total cost of your order. 5 - On the cart page you can also add any Promo codes that you might have or add any special instruction to your order. 6 - Once you are happy to proceed, you can click the checkout button this will take you to the shipping page. 7 - Fill out your correct shipping details as well as your email and name, then hit continue. 8 - Select your delivery method and click continue. 9 - Click continue to be taken to the secure Yoco payment portal to proceed with payment. 10 - Once payment is sorted your order will be placed.
